Hello my name is Emma Lindsay. I am a compassionate and results-driven Registered Behavior Technician with 3+ years of experience delivering personalized ABA therapy. Certified through the BACB with a strong track record in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), utilizing positive reinforcement, and tracking real-time skill acquisition data. Dedicated to collaborating closely with BCBAs and families to foster meaningful, independent milestones for children on the autism spectrum. I am currently enrolled at Capella university. I am obtaining my bachelors in Psychology with a specialty in ABA and will go on to get my masters. Outside of work and school I enjoy spending time with my family and pets. I also enjoy the outdoors, games, photography, and being creative.
