Taylor

Taylor is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with nearly 10 years of experience working with children of all ages, including five years of specialized experience caring for and supporting infants. Her extensive background in early childhood education and childcare has provided her with a strong foundation in child development and a deep understanding of the importance of meeting each child with patience, compassion, and individualized support.

Known for her calm, caring, and compassionate approach, Taylor is passionate about creating a safe and encouraging environment where children feel supported, valued, and confident as they learn and grow. She believes every child is unique and deserves individualized care that recognizes their strengths while supporting the development of new skills, confidence, and independence.

Taylor values collaboration and enjoys working alongside families, supervisors, and fellow professionals to provide consistent and meaningful support. As she begins her career as an RBT, she is excited to combine her years of hands-on experience with children and families with her growing knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with the children and families she serves and celebrating each milestone and step of progress along the way
