With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, Alexis began her journey by volunteering in special education and resource classrooms. Her passion for helping others led her to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she gained hands-on experience implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting meaningful client progress.

 

Throughout her career, Alexis has continued to grow professionally, taking on roles as a trainer and supervisor before earning her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

 

Alexis is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care that promotes growth, independence, and quality of life. She believes in treating every individual with dignity and respect while collaborating closely with families and support teams to help clients reach their fullest potential.
