VANEZA

Hello, I am Vaneza Hoover. With over 12 years of experience in special education as a paraprofessional and intensive needs aide across various school districts, I am proud to have delivered dedicated care and assistance to a vast range of students. As the mother of three children, two of whom were diagnosed at an early age with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), I pursued a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to enhance my understanding of ASD and equip my children with essential skills and behavioral management strategies that promote independence and growth.

My professional aspirations extend beyond my family to supporting individuals of all ages. During my college years, I acquired valuable experience as a caregiver for the elderly, including those receiving hospice care and living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Presently, I work as an intensive needs aide in Tuolumne County, providing one-on-one support. Given the rural setting, I recognize the need for expanded services, and I am committed to contributing to the growth and development of children in this community. Enabling myself to extend my ability to provide services through ABA gives me immense joy. In my personal life, my family and I prioritize spending time outdoors, creating lasting memories through hiking, camping, having barbecues at the lake and enjoying nature.
